iDivide products are a modular semi-custom system, so each order is packed for your specific design configuration and modular parts. Most orders take approximately 1 to 4 weeks for delivery from the date the order is placed, depending on the ship to location and product type(s). Large orders may take more than 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. iDivide will not guarantee a specific shipping delivery date or time. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped with the shipping tracking number and you may contact the delivery service to track the expected delivery date and time.
Signature is required for all deliveries. All packages must be signed for by the receiver. Someone must be available to accept deliveries in person during regular business hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday for commercial locations and 9am to 7pm for residential locations, Monday through Friday.
Please call to check stock status. If we are out of stock items may be have to be back ordered and if this is the case you will be notified by email with an estimated date of when you will be receiving your order.

At iDivide, we're not interested in just selling our products. Our business is all about honesty and integrity. Our reputation and your recommendation are worth a lot more than a single sale. We want nothing more than to help you and to improve your business environment.
If for any reason, within 7 days from the date of delivery, you're not completely satisfied with your order, iDivide will refund the purchase price of your order less a 40% restocking charge, provided that all parts and materials are still in good like new condition and that you pay all shipping costs, including return shipping costs. (all delivery, installation and related costs such as, custom design fees, are not refundable). A 40% restocking fee will also be charged on orders for shipments that are not accepted or when they are unable to be delivered. Once any order has shipped a 40% restocking fee will be charged if returned for any reason other than for a damaged shipment.
This return offer only applies to the standard models as shown on this website. This offer does not apply to custom orders, non-stock color and translucent acrylic panels, accessories, hardware, and brackets. Large orders totaling $ 4,000 or more in product value are final and cannot be returned, since they are semi-custom and manufactured to order. All materials must be packed in like new condition in the original packaging by the customer and the customer must pay for all return shipping charges. The initial shipping cost paid is not refundable. iDivide must be contacted prior to any and all returns and the customer must obtain an iDivide return approval prior to any refund. Refunds will only be made after all materials are received back by iDivide in "good like new condition". Items for return will not be accepted without a prior return authorization number provided by iDivide. Prior shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. iDivide must be notified of a return request via email or by phone by the customer within 7 days from the date of delivery.
For all returns there is a 40% restocking fee and all shipping charges both ways will not be refunded. Custom items and orders totaling over $4,000 in product value are final and cannot be returned cannot be returned since they are fabricated to order. To return an item, please e-mail or call iDivide. Damaged or defected items will receive free parts to correct the problem. If parts will not help, we will replace the item free of charge. If an item is delivered damaged please call 845.679.4700 immediately. The item must be packed up in the original box, wrap, and cardboard protection that it came in. Shipments out of their original boxes and that are not in like new condition will not be accepted for return.
iDivide Room Divider and Office Partitions products come with a 1 year warranty against defects. You can contact us for specific details. iDivide always strives to offer the best service. If parts are needed, contact any of our customer service representatives. Our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority.
The warranty for iDivide StudioWall interior use room dividers and office partitions starts from the date of sale and includes only defects in materials used under normal interior usage of the product during the one year limited warranty period. Written notice of any defects must be given to the manufacturer within the warranty period. iDivide reserves the option of replacing the defective part or item with a comparable part or item. iDivide reserves the right to request that the defective part or item be returned to iDivide.
Cleaning and Care:
Use a mild liquid soap product on a damp soft cloth or paper towel or just use a damp cloth to clean the frames and Plexiglas & Polycarbonate panels. A natural disinfecting spray cleaner, such as Seventh Generation Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner can be used also when disinfecting is needed. DO NOT USE cleaners that contain any chlorine, Clorox, or ammonia in the ingredients. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or any other cleaning agents as they will dull and scratch the aluminum finish. Use only a soft paper towel or cloth when cleaning. NOTE: Laminate panels should be cleaned with a only mild liquid soap product with just a damp paper towel or cloth.
NOTE: A small area should be tested with a cleaner prior to cleaning the entire partition to ensure that it will not discolor or damage the surfaces.
NOTE: iDivide partitions are to be only used as a visual screen. The iDivide StudioWall office partitions and room dividers are not to be used as structural walls and should not be leaned against, have anything hung upon, or be climbed upon for any reason

Is it safe to order online?
Please call iDivide to order our dividers. Any credit card can be used for you purchase through our secure order processing server that will protect and scramble all of your shipping details and credit card numbers. If you feel more comfortable you may purchase your item(s) by phone or mail a check or money order. Your privacy and security is our number one priority. All customer information is confidential and not sold or given to any third parties.
How can I pay for my order?
iDivide accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, through our online processing system or by phone. An electronic invoice will be sent to you or you can call us to place your order by phone. The email will have a link to a secure credit card payment site. Your card will be billed the day you place the order.
How will you ship my order?
We ship UPS Ground & FedEx Ground for most items. Please inspect the package(s) for damages before signing for the shipment. All packages must be signed for by the receiver. Someone must be available to accept deliveries in person during regular business hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday for commercial locations and 9am to 7pm for residential locations, Monday through Friday.
What about delivery confirmation?
We always send tracking numbers to our customers when items have been shipped. This will allow tracking of your package to your door and estimate its arrival time. To request a tracking number via email, write to info@iDivideWalls.com Within 24 hours you will receive a tracking number to your e-mail address.
What if an item is damaged during delivery?
We pack items very securely to insure safe arrival. In the event of damage, please notify iDivide immediately (within 2 days of arrival). Please save all original packaging. Usually our parts department can send replacement parts to handle the situation. Parts usually arrive within 7-10 days. If parts are not available and returning the item is necessary, a replacement will ship out once the item is returned. We are not responsible for damages not reported within 2 days of arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Orders may be canceled any time before shipping or before fabrication for custom items. Orders that were not canceled within the appropriate time frame or refused will be charged actual shipping charges.
Will the unit require assembly?
Yes. All items require assembly even if not noted on the product description. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags. Easy to follow instructions are included with those items needing assembly. Assembly Guide
Do you offer design help?

iDivide partitions are to be only used as a visual screen. The iDivide StudioWall office partitions and room dividers are not to be used as structural walls and should not be leaned against, have anything hung upon, or be climbed upon for any reason.
The partitions do not provide a raceway or space for electrical conduit or cabling. Please contact iDivide for specifications and clearance dimensions for IT cabling and Electrical power considerations.
